Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many different exercises we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.
